Do you give free in-home esimates?

No, and YES. We ask for a In-Home Estimate Fee starting at $50, which is applied to your purchase if you choose to shop.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer credit programs starting at 6 months to 24 months same as cash. Just ask for details.

Do I need to move the furniture?

Yes, all the small breakable valuables, and we'll move the large items starting at $100 .00 and up per room.

Is there a fee for cancellations?

Yes, of course. We charge a 50% restocking fee on all special orders. Also 50% of total order on installations will be charged for cancellations.

Are there any other fees associated with my installation?

Yes, there are a few fees that could be added to your installation. For example, Flooring Estimate Fee starting at $50 is applied to balance due upon your decision to shop. $50 trip charge if samples needed to be brought back out to your home, or office after an Flooring Estimate Service has been performed. $50 Late Fee will be applied to all installation balances not paid by 3rd day of completion of install or repair. Plus an additional $100 per day for every day that payment is not received on all balances due.
